    Packages start from £170 per month (Vacant Property Services priced accordng to requirements), providing essential protection, oversight and peace of mind while you’re away.

    This service is ideal for owners who want their home professionally looked after year-round, with the reassurance that someone local is always keeping an eye on things.

      Preparing your home before you arrive — including heating on, lights on, and basic readiness so your property feels welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

    Alongside your monthly retainer, we offer a flexible range of additional oversight services, charged at an hourly rate, allowing you to tailor support to your needs:
